Taking it to the EXTREME~

When I first started Chalean Extreme I programed in my blackberry calender to let me know when to log in my 30, 60 and 90 day results. When my alert went off yesterday to program in my 60 day results I realized I haven't been taking Chalean to the Extreme, I have only been mediocre! I was so mad that I could be at my 60 day results right now but instead I am no further ahead than I was when I started.

With that said, I have decided that in order to get the full effect of the program I am starting my 90 days over as of yesterday. I plan to at least log what I did on the site to make sure that I am held very accountable.
Yesterday's Exercise
  • Ran 1.5 miles with my hubby. :)
  • Chalean Burn Circuit 1

Today's Exercise

  • Chalean Burn Circuit 2
  • Teach Body Pump at 5:30pm

  1. You and I are so much alike its scary! Kristin and I determined that we weren't exactly following the P90X routines either (mostly because it was her first workout regime in over 2 years and I didn't want her to give up right away so I was flexible). Now she realizes that she can keep up and that we need to be more strict in order to see the results so we too restarted our 90 days last week. Day 6 of 90 was completed yesterday :) Day 11 of 31 is going pretty well. My quality of food is still a little lacking BUT I have to keep sight that my goal was to document everything that went into my mouth. I've done food journals in the past but never been able to keep up with them. I have documented every day so far. Baby steps right :)
