Alright everyone, I have been M.I.A. on this blog for quite some time and I really think it is time that I start journaling my work and progress. My husband and I have been having a lot of talk recently about having a baby and although I will keep you guessing on the names that we have already picked out I don't want to keep any of you in the dark on what my goals are before that big day happens. I would really like to be able to loose a minimum of 20 pounds before I take that big step into pregnancy for a few reasons. One being, I want my body to be in tip top shape for the little one to live for 9 months as well as if I am going to gain 20 lbs it would be nice to loose it before I do.
So, you may ask, how do I intend to do this. Well, I will definitely say it is not by eating the crap that I ate tonight. Chocolate cravings are seriously a beast that time of the month!!! Evil is what they are. Lucky for me though, tomorrow is a new day that is not a Holiday like Valentine's day where we are surround by buttercream this and chocolate that. Tomorrow at 6am I will be meeting my other die hard exercies friends, Laura and Pipere, for our day 6 of Insanity challenge. I am so blessed to have friends that are just as stupid as I am when it comes to our goals and will do anything and everything for each other to help us achieve them. 54 days of Insanity to go.
What are my goals this week?
1. No Caffeine or Soda Pop of any kind. Only Water or Crystal Light.
2. Stay within my WW points values every day!
I am planning to go to Walmart tomorrow to hopefully Loose my marbles over the course of this challenge. Sounds crazy I know but it is a visual way to get me to my goal. 2 jars and a bag of marbles. Each marble stand for .2 of a pound. For every .2 I loose I move one marble from the weight I want to loose jar into the the weight I have lost jar. So, 125marbles to go. Yikes!
